Central CT Appraisal specializes in Residential Real Estate Appraisals for FHA/Conventional and Reverse mortgages. We know each home is unique and provide quality appraisals that are thorough and accurate to meet our clients needs. Central Ct Appraisal provides personal service backed by over 20 years of experience. 
 We are located in Portland Connecticut just east of the Connecticut River
servicing  Middlesex, Hartford, New Haven, Tolland, Windham and New London Counties.
 
Basic Fees are:
 
Single Family              $325
Condominium              $325
Multi-Family 2-4 Units  $425
FHA /Reverse               $350
Exterior only                $275
Land Only                    $175
 
 
Fees are collected on the day of inspection,or by paypal prior to inspection.
Appraisals are delivered electronically ,using WinTotal software in PDF format or by  US mail .
